The qualified candidate’s responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Preparing standard and adjusting journal entries, maintaining and reconciling various general ledger accounts.
Monitoring, maintaining, and reconciling bank accounts in multiple countries.
Actively participating in the monthly close process.
Calculating and preparing internal sales transactions in multiple currencies.
Monitoring and reconciling transactions with certain vendors.
Assisting in the preparation and review of the company’s financial statements.
Providing year-end audit support.
Providing input to continually drive process improvements.
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
Mandarin Chinese Reading Required
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
At least 2 years relevant experience. Public accounting auditing experience a major plus.
Excellent attention to detail.
Excellent organization skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently in a time-sensitive environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics-GP (Great Plains) is a plus.
Experience with foreign currencies is a plus.
