| There is a local organic farmer that raises chickens, turkeys, ducks, geese, and guinea fowl. He is located at the farmers market in Greensboro. I think it is called J&S Farms inside the building. He says he is willing to sell duck and goose feet as well as whole birds (with the head and feet still on). Basically, any part of the birds is available. You simply need to tell him ahead of time so he can bring them to the market. His next batch of birds is due to be prepared in mid-June. He usually has a special where you buy one goose and get one duck for free. Great deal!! We bought fresh duck eggs today and have placed an order for duck feet in June. Tell him Yulan sent you.
